Discover the Power of Tiger Milk Mushroom
Tiger Milk Mushroom (Lignosus rhinocerus) is unique, with its cap and stalk emerging from an underground tuber. This white tuber, a compact mass of mycelium, dissolves in water to release a milk-like solution and is rich in bioactive compounds with medicinal properties.
Research shows the tuber is packed with (1,3)-(1,6)-beta-D-glucan, dietary fiber, proteins, essential amino acids, minerals, and fatty acids. These compounds contribute to its immune-boosting, anti-asthmatic, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, antioxidant, and antimicrobial benefits.
